Developing Your Virtues

Aristotle said: “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.”

Most of our behavior is dictated by habits. Growth and personal development is generally not simple or easy. It requires persistence and self-discipline.

However, by changing your behavior you will eventually change your habits and then your behavior will naturally be more in accordance with the virtues you wish to develop.
